As a student group with differing views, finding the ‘perfect’ house was a bit of a difficult task. Our group ventured into Martin and co many a time and never once were we made to feel difficult. We were always greeted with smiles and a nice can of fizzy pop, on one occasion! Needless to say, the crew at Martin and co Winchester are friendly, funny, helpful and really do try there best to find you exactly what you are looking for. Everyone in our group is now extremely happy and relieved to have found our student house for our next academic year. Thanks to the persistence of Martin and Co. The only negative I can think of is that the communication online, via email isn’t the fastest or most efficient way of communication. That being said Martin and co understood our annoyance with the difficulties we had in communicating and were swift to help us moving on.

I’ve used M&Co for several years as a letting agency. They’ve found tenants quickly got them in without problems.

Myself and 5 other girls have had a great experience in finding our student house with Martin & Co in Winchester. Jordan who we were first introduced to, and also who showed us around the house, has been absolutely amazing and so informative. He also helped us in as many ways possible for us not to lose the house we really wanted, and ways around things we would never of thought of ourselves. Many other staff members, e.g Karl, Steve and Dawn, have also been very reliable and good in being fast at getting things done and always being happy to help us no matter what the question! Overall, Martin and Co have been great with dealing with any problems we've had along the way and made our house hunting experience as stress free as possible, Thanks again :)

Edited this review because i’ve come to realise Martin and Co are very hit or miss with their services. Sometimes, they’ll be great at accommodating your needs, other times it seems like they don’t care you’re renting from them.
