Unfortunately I didn't have a very good initial experience with Martin&co I have had problems getting them to replace faulty appliances where it takes weeks to get sorted. The original agent who I spoke to about the property when originally booking it, Karl, was very helpful and quick to respond. And recently the manager contacted me to compensate for the time I was without a fridge and helped rebuilt my confidence in Martin & co

Called to enquire about a property which was unfortunately already let. Steve spoke to ne about what i required and then spent time looking through his properties, messaging me with the ones that he thought appropriate. The process to secure was easy and i even got a follow up call to congratulate me on securing the place we wanted. Ive only given 4 stars as we haven't gone through the whole process yet but impressed with the service we've received so far!
