He was good at keeping on top of all the steps of the process to make sure everything was done in good time, it was a long process so we appreciate his work. Ellis & Co are a great agency. Ross is excellent. He is helpful, professional and completely honest and trustworthy. He helped guide us through the stress out of finding and moving into a flat as well as sorting bills etc once we were in. Working together with Ellis & Co on tackling home appliance complaints over 2023 has been a pleasure, and if you're still thinking about doing business with them.....don't.
