After having issues with other agents I seeked a new agent, narrowing down to 4 local agents I chose Cambridge Property Investments Ltd, my property had just been renovated & they picked up on a slight issue or 2 and had them sorted for me using their internal team of contractors who were very reasonably priced, my property in short was marketed & let within a week to a thoroughly referenced tenant. In short I am really really impressed with C.P.I's attention to detail & how they looked after the entire process, I will be moving other properties to them as my contracts expire & using their contractors to do all renovation works required. Exceptionally helpful, Friendly & knowledgable of the local market & truly specialists in their field. I would recommend them highly.
