We were buying our first house through Northwood and had Kayleigh as our estate agent. We initially were looking at a house from strike and had problems left right and centre. When we finally found the house with northwood, It was a breath of fresh air. Kayleigh made the whole process extremely clear, Kept us up to date with everything and was very responsive when we had any questions. from start to finsh was much quicker than expected, all thanks to the hard work Kayleigh and the team put in for us. Extremely greatful for their time and efforts, we even received a fantastic little hamper with lots of goodies to get us settled in our new home which was just the cherry on top. Fantastic service all around and could not have asked for more!

We have received a marvellous service from the Northwood team. Two years ago we sadly experienced a close family bereavement. We reside in the South East. The Northwood team were amazing they helped us clear the house and refurbish it, using their own contractors all of whom were excellent and very reasonably priced. Northwood then immediately found an excellent tenant for an 18 month period. We decided to sell the property earlier this year which they sold within hours of it hitting the market. The sales service was extremely efficient. The whole experience from mid 2021 until today couldn't have gone better. Even if we had lived within the Wigan area I very much doubt we could have achieved what we have. I would recommend Northwood Wigan to anyone whether to rent or sell property. Finally, they are all extremely nice and kind, people you can rely upon. It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with them all.

We chose Northwood from 3 other agents in the area, this was mainly because of there professionalism on the first contact and then later when they came to value the house, Michelle was amazing from start to finish, very meticulous in all the arrangements as the we had to go to probate to sell the property.
