Excellent, amazing, service from Nicola Winnard and the team at Northwood Wigan! We were selling our property and selected Northwood Wigan as a 2nd agent as the house had not had many viewings. It sold within weeks with Nicolas relentless marketing and then we just had the easy task of moving into our new build which was four months away. Nearer to the move date our buyers suddenly came across an issue with their move and we must have been on the phone with Nic at least once a day. Decided to use Northwood following a recommendation from a friend and I haven't been let down. Staff have been very supportive right from the start, they answered any questions I had and gave good advice about what I needed to do to prepare the property for rental.
