Amazing service from the whole team. From the very first contact at valuation Rob was extremely friendly and knowledgable. Once signed up professional pictures were taken of our property to showcase it in its best light. Viewings were regularly booked in and feedback was always provided to us quickly. After an initial sale which unfortunately fell through due to other links in the chain the team went above and beyond to find a new buyer. Every member of the team were extremely helpful and supportive throughout this process. Their customer service standards stood out against the service from another estate agent who we liaised with for the purchase of our new property. Nothing was too much for them and we cannot thank you all enough for everything that you have done especially during the later stages of our sale and purchase. Emily, who looked after our sale, was always available to speak to keeping us informed and calm.

Ashtons sold my late mother in law's house on behalf of my husband and sister in law. The whole process was dealt with very efficiently from the initial valuation to the sale. The photography inside and above the house was of a very high standard which highlighted the mature gardens. Emily and all the staff were very professional and friendly and kept us advised of viewings and offers made. We would definitely recommend Ashtons.

We recently sold our property via Ashtons in Widnes. We spoke to 3 different estate agents, Ashtons being the most expensive. For a sale that goes through easily without any problems at all then maybe it wouldn't really matter who the agent is, however, if there is a problem then who do you want on your side? Our sale was initially straightforward- until it wasn't, but isn't this so often the case? The entire team in the Widnes office helped rescue the sale, got it back on track and kept it there. The superior photo/video package is easy to appreciate as well as posting on all the major websites, what is not so easy to appreciate at first is the quality of the people, but when push comes to shove it's the most important thing of all. We wouldn't hesitate to use Ashtons again, if you want the best then maybe give them a try.
