Poor communication.

Worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. Let us move into a disgusting property, didn't help with any maintenance and was generally rude and unhelpful. We're now 6 months later and still have bare concrete floor due to damp/mold and structural issue with wall (hole under skirting board) have changed estate agent. Avoid miles and barr af all costs.

Absoubtly awful company, but arnt they all. (Estateagents) first we’re given the keys, moved in with previous owners belongings still there in black sacks and flat hasn’t been checked or cleaned. Toilet kept blocking, property management sorted this once, and the second time, third time we called in another instance and was told they knew all along it was broken but it would be a big job so they just left it till we complained again
