Great service all the way though the sale. The professionally taken photos made the house look great and built interest. Once the offer was accepted the support we got from Lauren throughout the sales process was second-to-none. We were regularly kept informed and any issues were smoothed out very quickly. Would definitely recommend them, wholeheartedly.

The really important thing with an estate agent isn’t just getting your home marketed and out there, it’s also about getting a buyer through to completion quickly and easily. Miles & Barr really worked well for us getting our home on the market. From selling to mortgage advice to help with solicitors, they were great. Once we had an interested buyer, Lauren worked with us, our buyer, and our solicitor and really excelled in making sure everyone was communicating and moving things along. Miles & Barr cost a little more than some other estate agents, but I’d say the extra really is worth it for such an important thing as selling a house!

Miles& Barr have recently sold a property for my parents, everyone involved worked above & beyond in my view, it took a total of 7 weeks to complete. I found the service with Miles and Barr faultless form start to finish. I was a bit sceptical about their valuation at first as it was £20-30,000 higher than the other 3 valuations I had. But they achieved the asking price and Lauren saw the sale through right to exchange and kept me up to date all the way. Just think I could have lost £30,000 if I had gone with one of the other agents who all told me Miles and Barr over valued homes!!! Can't recommend enough and thank you for all your help, great team.
