My experience with Winkworth was fantastic, they were very nice and professional and bent over backwards to ensure I got a rental and answered all question promptly and were great throughout the tenancy, I would definitely recommend them.

Our experience with this estate agent was mixed. At the start of our tenancy, communication was poor — we were left without heating for nearly two months and had to constantly chase for updates, which was frustrating. However, towards the end of our tenancy, Roopa completely turned things around. Her communication, professionalism, and understanding have been exceptional. She’s been a pleasure to deal with and made the moving-out process much smoother.
