We use curchods to let out our flat in Woking. The service they provide is excellent, they found us a tenant within a matter of days, who is reliable and have been a great source of advice since. We would highly recommend them for lettings.

if you are looking to buy or sale property in Weybridge look no further "Curchods Weybridge is the one" we sold our property in Richmond and we had a very short time to find the right property instead of renting most of the agents in the area told us it is very hard to buy a property within the time scale however Gavin from Curchods in Weybridge did incredible job to find us the right property and from the time we made an offer until exchange it took virtually around 1 month and Gavin never gave up he was trying almost on a daily basis to solve all issues and push both solicitors to secure early exchange we are so grateful to him as he did the impossible to make it happened and we sincerely recommend Curchods.

Tremendous service. Polite, attentive and focussed. Within days of placing the house on the market we were accommodating multiple viewings a day for a few busy weeks and quickly received an attractive offer. We encountered some niggles on the upward chain and the Curchods team went the extra mile, providing support and maintaining excellent communication with multiple parties throughout the chain.
