I was a little worried at first about selling my property as it was my first time. Wondering what I needed to do and how I needed to do it etc. The team at Martin & Co swiftly changed that feeling. They are so friendly and knowledgeable and made selling super easy. Any little questions I had were answered straight away. The move manager at Martin & Co is a credit to the team. Keeping all parties happy, firing emails to one another keeping up communication between sellers and buyers. Overall it was a great and easy experience. Team are fantastic. We rented a property from august- April 2023. Always had good communication with us. Whenever we had an issue, they would be on it straight away. The checking out system in place was thorough and clear. All staff were really respectful and caring when situations became difficult. Would 100% use again.
