Both Heather and then Anna, who were the landlord’s agents, have been both very professional and helpful during our association with them. Whenever there was an issue in the house, they both swiftly responded to sort it. We haves been so happy in the house, and would totally recommend Martin & Co as management agents. This is my first experience of letting, and I have found Martins to be efficient and rapid in responding to queries. They carry out inspections regularly and send their reports (with photos) in a timely fashion. I would certainly recommend them to prospective landlords
