I have dealt with multiple different letting agent companies, and so far Martin & Co are the best! They have been incredibly efficient in every way, they have also been the kindest and most helpful agents I have dealt with. As an extra pro; the referencing company they use for all of their checks is also the quickest and most hassle free I have experienced. I couldn’t recommend Martin & Co enough !!

We’re very pleased with our experience with Martin & Co so far. Kerri took us for a couple of viewings and was very polite and professional. She answered every question we had regarding the properties we viewed and was able to advise us on the next steps, and reassure us of the process as first time buyers. The communication with the office, particularly Kieran, has been very quick and efficient, and communication has been friendly and professional at all times. We’re looking forward to the next steps with them!
