John spent time listening to my previous experience and lack of management with the other agent and explained how they do things and gave very good advice. Consequently I've moved my property management to Martin & Co. John and his team have found lovely new tenants for my property and they kept me informed through the entire process. I am now allowed to make decisions about my own property and everything is all above board with all tenancy agreements and associated paperwork copies issued to me quickly.
