We had the "pleasure" of buying a property from the worlds worse seller in that he deemed it necessary to threaten to pull out of the sale on every opportunity when the UK's property processes are currently "broken" and grinding along far too slowly. That said, Martin and Co and specifically Sally and Kim were outstanding! They managed the "nightmare" seller by keeping him updated and providing some solid advice and thoughts throughout which seemed to do the trick and allow us to purchase in 7 months (yes 7) in the end. Martin and Co are awesome and are now our letting agents on this investment property....... And the nightmare owners are now a thing of the past..... I also hope they are reading this review too... so they can reflect on their actions and be better at selling their own house shortly as threatening behaviour doesn't help anyone! Well done Martin and Co!!! xx
