Even when there have been some issues I cannot fault how responsive and helpful they have been. I stressed my interest in a property on the Friday, and Kerri found me an appointment first-thing Monday morning - very accommodating! Kerri was great at showing me round the property - she was honest, helpful and a pleasure to talk to! Unfortunately the property wasn't quite right which was a shame as I travelled quite far. Kerri kindly moved her diary around to book me into another viewing the same day so that it wasn't a waste of a trip!
