Definitely can't recommend this place, unbelievable how they treated me, started making opinions on boundary, saying that land from all maps isn't mine. I have asked if they have permission from owner( house next to me is rented by them) to deal with this problem, but they didn't have it, I have asked so many times if their tennant can move his car, nothing for months. one lady came out taking photos when I was cutting my hedge down because in their opinion both maps were wrong and hedge I'm cutting is boundary... Instead helping out with situation they made it worst. Then when it came to the end after months I couldn't get my contractor to do my drive, and I was doing it evenings, digging with shovel, with lights on as summer that it should be done was over. Thanks a lot for all the trouble, stress and wasted time. I would like to let you all know that when I was buying house it was going through Martin & Co, so I was their customer, but they decide to treat me the way they did, and tried to get my land for their other customer, how am I different to that bloke? I don't know. No apologies, nothing. Rude, unprofessional, unbelievable. Be careful people.

Terrible terrible lettings side I can only really recommend avoiding this company really, I’ve rented off many agents but this company have been terrible towards the end, we are going to probably go legal with them over a number of things for which I cannot mention on here as of yet due to legal reasons however please feel free to contact me via pm for any advice on our horrific experience with them. A very unprofessional company and poor experience, it seemed a lot better 4-5 years ago but downhill drastically, I can’t comment on the sales side personally however. from the reviews it looks like they're great to buy/sell through. But renting a property managed by them is just a whole lot more hassle than it should be. Any queries or issues we have had, we've had to contact them multiple times before they even pretend to do anything about it. Staff themselves seem friendly enough, just don't have any sense of urgency and just don't seem to want to help you. Based on our experience of renting a property through them I absolutely wouldn't recommend them. EDIT: since putting this review, John and Luke have been involved and things have actually been done. Should never have taken a review to get things going but the work has finally been done and we are finally happy in our house. Becky has been an absolute angel in all of this and I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves! Unfortunately my opinion hasn't changed and my mind was made up from the bad experience, however I believe that it is the right thing to do to edit my review and show that it may have taken a ridiculous amount of time, but things are now being done thanks to the 3 people I have mentioned.

They give you all the chat but don't deliver. Would never ever recommend them at all
