Really impressed with Charlotte Blakeley in the Frome office. I actually found a property with another firm but Charlotte was extremely proactive in helping my find and match me to a property rather than just telling me to check rightmove like so many others did. Thank you Charlotte

We rented a property from august- April 2023. Always had good communication with us. Whenever we had an issue, they would be on it straight away. The checking out system in place was thorough and clear. All staff were really respectful and caring when situations became difficult. Would 100% use again.

From the first contact all the sales staff here have been super helpful, informative, friendly and professional. They understood my requirements and sent me suitable properties. Eventually, finding the perfect one. All throughout the process every staff member has been supportive through phone calls and email. The lettings team have also been brilliant with taking me through the process of letting, putting the property up for let and finding tenants. Would throughly recommend for both sales and lettings.
