We rented with Martin & co. for 2 years and had a really positive experience with them overall but particularly our property manager Brittany. Brittany was a truly fantastic property manager and listened and acted on any questions or issues we had very quickly, throughout our tenancy. She has a lovely demeanour and made us feel welcome and appreciated as tenants. We will genuinely miss having her as our property manager at our new home!

The Martin and Co team have been fantastic over the 3 years with them. They have been quick to answer any queries and have gone above and beyond in helping me finish my tenancy. If I ever need any help, Brittany was quick to answer and keep my nerves down. No issues too big or too small. Brittany is also great with my little puppy who was alone during her inspections. A massive thank you to the Martin and Co team for helping me so much the last few months and getting me and the property sorted. From start to finish you’ll be in great hands with such a caring team. As tenants, we have had a positive experience with Martin & Co Westbury. Brittany, our property manager, was responsive to any communication and helped with any issues that arose. Our landlord had quarterly property checks as part of the management but they never felt intrusive. We’d be happy to rent through Martin & Co again.

Rent a property managed by Martin & Co. Had a issue within the property spoke to Martin and co and the issue was resolved with a solution straight away can not fault them. Very friendly and polite.
