Genuinely really pleased I chose CJ Hole over other estate agents to sell my place in Sea Mills. I’m sure this doesn’t happen very often, but they spotted an opportunity to sell my place to someone who was previously planning to move up the road (it had fallen through). That meant I didn’t even have to put it on the market or deal with viewings - which was a huge help as I work full time and have young kids, so keeping the place tidy was not my forte! When things got a bit difficult towards the end both Kate and George were always there to see if they could resolve and work out what best course of action was. Highly recommend and would use again (though hoping not needed for many years to come!)
