We've been pleased with the support from CJ Hole, from Dan's fantastic photos to the ongoing support from Lorraine to keep us updated throughout our sale. We have always found the Westbury-on-Trym staff to be polite, approachable, knowledgeable and proactive, directing us to the right person quickly. Since Lorraine took over as our sales progressor, we've been really pleased. She has chased us and our buyer just the right amount to keep things moving and we completed yesterday selling our beautiful home to a lovely family which is all we could cope for.

We have had the best experience with CJ hole and Lorraine and Rob specifically. Lorraine went out of her way at every step of the process to keep us in the loop and to negotiate a faster sale for us. CJ Hole in Henleaze were so supportive and motivated throughout the marketing of our home recently. Rob was thorough and communicated with us throughout our sale/purchase - trying hard to ensure that things progressed. Tom took some fantastic photos - showing our home at its absolute best. Unfortunately our sale and purchase did not work out for us this time but this was not for lack of support from the Henleaze team. CJ Hole Westbury on Trym opened in 2014 as a joint venture to the established Henleaze office and together proudly serve the local communities of Henleaze, Westbury-on-Trym, Stoke Bishop, Sneyd Park, Brentry, Henbury, Southmead, Sea Mills and Shirehampton. Our office is prominently positioned in the heart of Westbury on Trym, specialising in both residential sales and lettings, property management as well as new home and land sales, we have a wide range of properties to suit every individual need. Our team are passionate about property and are committed to delivering a high standard of customer service. The key to any successful business is its people and our office is no different. Franchisee owner Chris Hill is Bristol born-and-bred and is a member of both the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA) and the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA). He is passionate about property having 30+ years industry experience and runs a total of eight branches in the area. Both Tim and George are both directors of Henleaze & Westbury-on-Trym and head up a large team split between the two offices. Between them and the rest of the team, they have 75 years' experience within Estate Agency and are both recognisable figures, having both grown up in the local area. As such, our team offers unrivalled knowledge of the region, extensive expertise across the local property market along with many of the team being Members of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA).
