We completed on our first home together as a couple with through CJ Hole Westbury. They could not have done anything better, viewing was great and from offer to completion was about 3 months in a very tricky market and they were brilliant, super efficient and kept us informed with great recommendations for surveyors and great with communication with our solicitors who needed a fair amount of chasing! Our home is everything we were looking for and more - special thanks to Lorraine and Sam who were just amazing throughout the whole process. We have been extremely impressed with CJ Hole Westbury on Trym/Henleaze office since beginning our house hunting journey and I would definitely recommend their service. I am often sceptical of Sales people (sorry!) but I felt they were transparent & honest throughout. We saw our dream home on Rightmove, without ours even been on the market. CJ Hole agreed to let us view it, and within 72 hrs our own property had been valued, photographed and appeared on Rightmove with the subsequent 4 days being filled with 19 viewings! It was the efficient service and helpful advice which put us in the best position to enter sealed bids and secure our dream home whilst getting the best price for ours. Fast forward 270 days and we finally moved in!! The delay was due to an incomplete chain for a number of months but Cleo kept us updated regularly throughout. Towards the end things weren’t entirely smooth, with old solicitor practice combined with a fairly long chain, yet Cleo kept pushing & chasing and we felt she was really working with us to get the final outcome we all wanted. Her passion and determination she shows to her cases is excellent and we’ll be forever grateful. Thank you to everyone at CJ Hole, and although we hope not to move again anytime soon, we will recommend you to anyone who is!

CJ Hole Westbury were great throughout the sometimes stressful process of purchasing our new home. A clear process for making offers and then good communication throughout until exchange / completion. It was challenging at times (solicitors, lender requiring structural survey, etc) which slowed everything down but Lorraine was great at ensuring everyone knew what was going on chasing people down to ensure exchange happened as soon as possible. Highly recommend.
