I have been a tenant through Cameron for 4 years in West Drayton area. I have had a positive experience in interacting with Senior Property Manager Charley Murray who handled our tenancy, and effectively managed comms with the landlord. The checkout process at the end of our tenancy was smoothly handled and the deduction on security deposit (~150) was reasonable.

Our landlord decided to sale a flat which we currently renting so we choose local agents - Cameron to try and find new place. From first steps in we felt most welcomed. Ketan was managing our case - quick questionnaire to get to know our preferences etc and within my first visit he managed to confirm first viewing for us followed by two more in next three days. During that time we were well informed about all aspects of renting and referencing check process.
