I would like to thank Saffah for giving me a call and asking to come over and have a look at the house after some work has been done in the bathroom. I liked the idea that she wanted to see it with her own eyes. When she came over, I showed her around the house, she took some pictures and noticed multiple signs of wear and tear that are consistent with the age of the property. Here I must say that I was impressed with her attention to detail, how she acknowledges that wear and tear happens and maintenance is required from time to time (unlike some others who might throw the blame on the tenant without double checking).
