Matthew has been an immense help throughout the whole process of purchasing our first home. When we were looking, he was very knowledgeable about every home we visited and was very flexible with timings so we could make visits happen around work commitments. When we found the place we wanted, Matthew was very helpful in recommending a broker and a solicitor, which we were very happy with. Matthew then helped us coordinate with all the different players (sellers, sellers' solicitor, our solicitor, the broker, ...) to make sure everything was running smoothly. We are getting the keys today and I don't think we could have gone through this process so quickly and painlessly without Matthew. Thank you for all your help!
