I have to say I was a little skeptic of the whole estate agency experience and had walked into 3 high street branches in the area. The difference between all three came down to Ahmad who was very professional and greeted me well and worked to build up a good rapport, taking the time to understand my needs and requirements first before wanting my properties to be represented by Cameron. So far the experience has been good and hope to have this continued throughout any transactions.

I felt I needed to leave another review having experienced another lettings agent/landlord. Cameron standards are probably the best you are going to find in the UK. Their properties are immaculate and the cleanliness standard they require from you when you vacate is second to none. My carpets were washed and the whole place was super clean when I moved in and they requested us to shampoo the carpets and sanitize the mattress and get the apartment professionally cleaned before we left. Which I didn’t have an issue doing as they gave it to us like that. Since moving out of a Cameron property I have had nightmares with agents/landlords and properties! No one I found was as clean and particular as Cameron so I would highly recommend this agent! My only request is for u to use their properties equally well so the next person has a good experience too if not it would cost u when ur vacating. Cameron is the best! I wish they had branches/properties in Oxford!

Thanks to Esmerelda, we could easily negotiate early termination of the tenancy agreement when our family decided to relocate to another country. She made what could have been a stressful and difficult process as seamless as it could be. She really cares about her clients as well as the apartment we rented!
