don't call them, they are very slow, they are not professional, I wanted to rent a commercial space from them, they placed me from one to another, emails sent so that I can see a commercial space with appointments in a few weeks, seriously? so much trouble to see a space with the potential to rent it and they did nothing

Tried calling on a Saturday afternoon, website says closes at 4, rang from 3pm and constantly cut off, lettings site said office closed?PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Brilliant company. They sold my personal information after I got an email from them where I could get a ‘free online evaluation of my home.’ Stupidly I thought I’d have a look and put in my phone and email. I’ve since been getting on average 6 spam calls per day and a ton of spam emails. Thanks Whitegates. FYI the evaluation was way off (unsurprisingly)

Please be assured that Whitegates does not sell personal information. If we receive a lead, our policy is to contact individuals no more than three times over three days if there is no answer. After that, we delete the contact details from our system. You can only be given an accurate valuation if one of the valuers in branch comes out to see the property in person. Unfortunately prices from the online valuation tool is based on land registry sold prices and is an estimate. The only real estate company that works only week days, 9 to 5. Guess what? People who have money are working the same hours. Would be a genial idea to offer weekend viewing appointments, dont you think??

well i would never arrange a visit by these to value your house they are incredibly unreliabe dont waste your time they dont have your best intrests in mind they just want to make lots of mony off your sale found another estate agents at half the price whitgates wanted no wonder they all drive around in brand new bmws they never even got back to me total waste time west derby branch they dont even deserv 1 star as it would not let me put zero their even less than zero

I found the agent not really care about selling the property or arrange viewing for potential buyer which they advertised on the market. Any vendors want to sell their property better find some other good property agent to sell.
