Keith Lyons from Belvoir Lettings went over and above what I have ever experienced from tenant maintenance support in the way of getting things fixed quickly and hassle-free. He was extremely professional and kept me in the loop throughout all the many calls that he made towards getting the boiler fixed, and all just before the Bank Holiday weekend.
