I can highly recommend using Ewemove Estate Agents to sell your property. My experience with them was excellent. Nick kept in touch with me all the way through the sale so I was totally aware of what was going on throughout the whole process. He went over and above what was required of him and even turned the heating on for me when I could not get back to the property! I cannot thank them enough.

From the outset Robert was fantstic, we consulted over the telephone before he visited my house to appraise it. The quality of the photographs and the video tour were excellent and I had full confidence in his marketing strategy. Despite other houses in the same street being on the market at the same time, I sold my property within 13 days and achieved the price I wanted. Roberts communication is second to none and this did not cease upon sale, in fact it increased as he was liaising with my purchaser, her agent and both sets of solicitors. With Robert's attention to detail and level of communication it smoothed the process significantly and I would definitely employ his services again.

A step above the rest

I lost my husband this year and had planned to move to a smaller house. I contacted local estate agents just as COVID hit and they disappeared without a word. I approached James in June and he immediately got things moving, guiding me through every step and acting as a buffer between potential buyers and myself. He kept me updated, was always at the end of the phone and has remained in contact since a buyer was found. This is an independent estate agent which means the service isn’t set in stone or tied up in red tape. James gives 110% to all his clients and I would choose him again if I ever choose to move again.

After a recommendation I contacted Ewemove and spoke to James asking for help and advise to sell my property. He came on friday 15th May and gave information and sugested a goodnprice that he thought would sell my house. On Saturday 16th May James came to take details, photographs and a video. From conversations i had with him he was putting my house on there website on Sunday 17th May and it would go live on monday 18th May. On Monday Morning James contacted me to advise that 2 people wanted to view that evening.with him to show them around. On Tuesday 19th May James arranged for another viewing in the afternoon.Within 2 days i had 2 offers on my house and sold for the asking price. The first house I purchased was through this company. I had James first tour me through the home and he was my point of call the entire way through. I started the purchase just before the UK went into lockdown, but I was still able to contact James regularly, and he would always contact me that day or the day after with all questions I had answers. I had a very good experience with this company and had a very smooth house purchase from the estate agent side (not from solicitor side). All in all I cannot really fault anything. James always goes the extra mile unlike most agents. We initially asked for a 18.45 viewing which he agreed to. Following the viewing we made an offer the same evening by phone at 9pm. The deal was concluded the following morning & completion took place during lockdown just 5 weeks later. Having dealt with estate agents over the years I have no time for them.They are just maggots.
