From the very start, Ron was supportive, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process. The viewings were well-organised and informative, and when it came to the referencing and tenancy paperwork, he truly went the extra mile — even preparing documents late in the evening to make sure everything was sorted on time. What stood out most was the genuine care and humility Ron brought to every interaction. We even received a lovely welcome box with treats and some helpful home move discounts, which was such a thoughtful touch.
