Cleaning services and maintenance services chosen by Ellis and co was very friendly and polite! I really appreciate a well done job! The fact which was really surprising was that they even refunded the full amount paid by me for painting and even for changing the carpet from my bedroom (materials price- not the work done). Of course that everything was purchased after comparing the market, obtaining the smallest possible price. If you are romanians, ask for Catalin. He is the most honest, friendly and polite rental agent that I’ve ever meet in Uk, and I’m living here for more than 4 years! I will always recommend Ellis and Co to all my friends !!!
