I was looking for a property to purchase in Welwyn Garden City and it just happened that they were the Estate Agents for a property I have gone on to buy. They were extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional to deal with. Once I had made the offer they were able to take it off the market quickly and did everything that I requested to help speed up the purchase. As I am going to have to rent this out initially, I decided to use their Lettings service as they offered a very competitive rate. They too have been just as professional and helpful. Their recommended traders have also been very good and reasonable in cost.
