Carlie Hillias has gone above and beyond for us this year after a difficult situation with our local council and their sub-contractors not maintaining the building, which caused serious water damage and damp in our tenant's flat. Carlie chased the council and the contractors for over 18 months to make sure that the problem was solved, even when they were reluctant to come out to do a site visit. Her tenacity and determination were fantastic. She also skilfully managed both ours and the tenants expectations and communications.
