They have managed my rental properties for 10 years now and, in my opinion, have done so in such a manner as to make my life as a landlord very simple and stress-free. Always professional, highly competent and resourceful, I have no hesitation in recommending them as Letting Agents. I would particularly spotlight Carlie Hillas for her great assistance as my property manager, and also the maintenance team who respond so quickly to any maintenance issue.

I would just like to express my sincere thanks to Superna Minhas at Belvoir Welwyn. My Son and I have been tennants at our property for nearly seven years now. Superna was so helpful, nice and very kind. She couldn't have done any more than she so kindly did. We had our boiler replaced and Superna arranged for a contractor to come look at it and before we knew it they were back replacing our boiler. The contractors were great too. Nothing was too much trouble for Superna and she got back to me straight away and not once left me waiting in any way.
