Chris was great from start to finish with both our sale and purchase. He was friendly, professional, listened to our requirements, helped us present our house in the best way possible and was responsive to our queries. It all went so fantastic until the end where the service we paid for was almost non existent! I was so pleased with ewe move they were so responsive and came out did the photos and had us online and people seeing the flat and sold for asking price within weeks! And looked to be so promising… We then had issues with cladding where we were fairly supported by the estate agent. We then came to the bit where it all fell apart! We found a property to purchase and their previous chain had fallen apart so the pressure was on to get moving quickly to get a move date of 3 weeks time. This is where ewe move fell down! We were told our buyer was completely ready to go when our buyer was not! Our estate agent was too scared to push our buyer or contact their solicitors! Our estate agent then became so hard to contact with not answering the phone but would respond to the odd WhatsApp. With an email from them saying their phone had broke for their phone to be fixed the next day. On that day numerous calls to the estate agent for them to chase our buyer but no response at all, so I called on a number they didn’t have for me and they answered after one ring! So clearly avoiding our calls. Fortunately ewe move used a company to do the sales progression ( which at first didn’t seem to know what they were doing - but proved to just be poor information relayed to them) and they turned out to be wonderful and if it wasn’t for them this sale and purchase and the others in the chain would have probably fell through. Then for the day of the move we had a text message saying to make it easier for us they would come to the flat to collect the keys to give to the buyer! Moving day! We had a call from someone else at ewe move not the agent we had been dealing with the whole time! to say let me know when your close to completion and I will come and get the keys. As you can expect on completion there we’re some delays and we didn’t complete until just after 14:00hrs. Luckily for us our buyer came to the flat just before completion! and as we were unsure if we should just give them the keys we tried to get hold of ewe move agin to be told oh we have other appointments now so we said, do we just give them they keys and they said if you don’t mind but it makes us look unprofessional!! All in all really disappointed
