We were very impressed with Ashtons. They got the house on the market very promptly, secured a good number of viewings and the property was quickly sold. Their online portal is great for tracking viewing details & feedback. We were particularly impressed by Sam Ward who takes over once a buyer is found. His communication with ourselves, our buyers & the solicitors was simply outstanding. We moved just over 5 months ago now and as first time buyers were a bit nervous about dealing with estate agents but Sam at Ashton's really put us at ease. Throughout the whole process he showed that he had expertise, local connections (especially handy for a last minute structural survey demanded by our mortgage provider!) and was constantly "on it" to ensure that the sale went through with as little delayed as possible. I feel very lucky that this was our first house buying experience and we absolutely love our home.
