No answer from calls very disappointed even though I tried calling different numbers

Poor customer service, unhelpful and rude staff. Rang them twice with enquiry about listed property and possibility to arrange veiwing, they didn't answer my questions and both times said they would ring me back, which never happened. They just didn't bother.
