I first met the Manager Rebecca at the initial evaluation of the property and found her to be very kind considering the circumstances why we were selling our mothers property. She explained the whole process in a clear way. Ben came out to do the photographs etc ready to market the property. He was very polite and explained everything. Once the property was on the market Tanna and Chloe kept us up to date with every viewing that took place and gave feedback each time. They were both very friendly, kind and informative.
