Our kitchen fuse blew the second week in our rental and the radiators were not working. We inquired with the agents. Although they could not immediately fix the issues themselves, they sent help. For this we are grateful.

I was in a real pickle with my previous letting agent who just wasn't providing a reasonable service managing my house of multiple occupation(HMO). I had been with various letting agents previously so was looking for someone reliable and trustworthy to take over the management of the property. I contacted Sadia at Northwood and arranged to meet at the property. I was very impressed with Sadia and opted for a full management service. Some people say that all high street letting agents are the same but I can assure you they are not. Sadia and her professional team did a very impressive job in taking on my business. The transfer of business was a very difficult and long winded affair but Northwoods professional and pragmatic approach was absolutely brilliant. I am extremely happy with the management of my HMO property now and I am truly thankful to Sadia, Lauren, Beth, Layla and Mia for their excellent work in getting my property properly managed.
