Had a pleasant stay for a year and a half in a property managed by Belvoir. Jean handled the property fairly and efficiently. Repairs were swiftly dealt with upon reporting. Communication was easy and quick. No attempt was made to scam us unlike other agents who demanded loads of money upfront or insisted we sign a contract before showing us said contract.
