We went to view a house in Calne, the agent that was present was called Alex, all i would like to say is that, this guy should definately be fired. The fact that we were booked before the lady that showed up at the same time with us and he let her view the house before us, even speaking on a superior tone , just because he saw that we were foreign. He literally just wasted our time whispering with the lady about who s getting the house etc and ruined our day just because of his poor attitude. I would not like anyone else to go through this looking for their happy place.

I registered with Northwood when looking for a property to rent in Wiltshire. They rarely updated me with available properties, and when they did, most were unsuitable due to not allowing pets. Further, I was included in an email thread containing over 150 individuals, with all email addresses visible to everyone. This shows a lax attitude to data protection and security. I was able to find the perfect property using a different local agent.

Contacted this company today to ask for a viewing. The owner told me “There is Home Office legislation, saying you cannot view on someone’s behalf, and that she could be fined £5k for doing so” Talk about barefaced lies……🤡 Wiltshire Council don’t know anything about this “legislation” …

Wouldn't even give the company 1 star! Rude abnoxious people. Leave people to live in a mould ridden property despite us requesting for more than 16 months to please do something. Then they have the stones to ask for the full deposite back. We will see you also in court you failed us hugely even though you had a duty to your tenants.

Shocking Estate Agent. Sold us a property telling us we could buy the adjoining garage afterwards. They lied. They fobbed us off for months and months and in the end we discovered another estate agency had the garage on their books and we couldn’t buy it all along. I wouldn’t deal with these people unless you have your solicitor with you at all times.
