The initial process of applying for the rental wasn't so smooth (we didn't get a call the following day as promised to see if we were interested, we called proactively and were told a message would be left but didn't seem to have been picked up), but when we eventually did get a call and confirmed we wanted to proceed with the rental it was so smooth. I've rented a lot of properties and the agent management now that we are in is so good, so responsive and quick to fix issues. Sometimes properties managed via agent and not direct from landlord can be more in difficult but I couldn't be happier with the set up now.

Martin and co provided an excellent service, their guidance and professional advice were extremely helpful and they were always available to answer queries/concerns. Buying a house at any time is stressful let alone during a pandemic, and they were very re assuring throughout the whole time and kept up updated and informed. Lorraine and Susie were exceptional in progressing our interests, chasing solicitors and coordinating the efforts of buyers, sellers and legal services and we are doubtful that we could have succeeded without them.
