Clare Bryan has been excellent with her advice on possible property values and likely rentals for two possible residential apartment blocks that we are looking at developing in Walton. Due to the sensitivity of the land purchases we have needed some advice which Clare provided to assist us in our development appraisals as margins these days can be tight. THANKS Clare if we do purchase we will use Seymours for sales and lettings.
