Thank you to Alesandra, to help us sort it out the issues in the house. There are still some things to do, but hopefully, it will be going smoothly like the rest. She is a very professional and effective person, response for emails and any enquiries as quick as possible.

Friendly and helpful

Had a really disappointing 2 weeks dealing with this estate agent. The communication was really poor and I had to chase up all updates and queries, despite them telling me they would get back to me asap. They showed up late to viewing appointments and most importantly admitted to overvaluing their own property which has lost me the purchase of it. They almost make you feel like they're doing you an favour and it's not their job! Overall I just feel they need to value customers a little more and work on communicating better.

I had enquired about a property last week, put in my offer, have phoned every day to find out if my offer had been accepted. I was told they would let me know Wednesday. Today. I had to phone them to and ask again. So they found out yesterday afternoon. Would have been great for them to let me know when they found out as I put in the first offer. Unprofessional. Not impressed. Don't recommend.

I do not appreciate images of my house being used to rent another house. Poor feedback when I complained.
