Hi this was an efficient and positive customer experience from valuation to offer being accepted. House was put up for sale promptly same day as pictures were taken on a Thursday, then numerous viewings planned in at convenient times and all close together so no waiting around on the Friday and Saturday. By Tuesday I had accepted the best of 3 offers and was kept up to date fully at all times by Leeanne who I spoke to most over those few days. That was offer accepted in just 5 days! Just waiting on the legal side to complete then will be on the move, cannot recommend highly enough if you are thinking of selling your property.
