Top marks to Warren and his team at Curchods in Walton-On-Thames. Warren did a great job patiently guiding us through the entire process of finding our dream home in Burwood Park and his experience, and honest advice, in that particular location gave us good piece of mind as we weighed up the various options. He also worked hard as a go-between to maintain momentum and resolve any issues during that tricky period between agreeing a price and getting solicitors to exchange contracts. Thanks to everyone - I would happily recommend Curchods to others.

Curchods were a great help with providing advertising boards for our Christmas Fair and a donation which covered the cost of some 'goody bags' to put advertising flyers and gifts from other local businesses in.Thank you Curchods. It made a real difference to our fundraising efforts!

We specialise in residential properties for sale in Walton and Hersham, KT12 including Ashley Park, Burhill Park, Burwood Park and the surrounding villages. We also have a dedicated lettings team. Having lived in the town for nearly 30 years, with 25 of those spent as an Estate Agent in Walton, we’re certain nobody, in the context of local agencies, knows the area better than Warren Fraser!
