We found Andy and his team absolutely on the ball all the way through the sale of the house. They made selling far less stressful than it normally is. Following up the buyer, the buyers solicitors and liaising with our own solicitors. Sometimes Andy was updating by text or email, when necessary, from very early hours before most people were at work. He certainly went that extra mile and more than earnt his fee. The best service I have ever experienced from any estate agent. I would have no hesitation in recommending James Neave to anyone, whether for sales or letting, (we used Andy to let the property for three years before we subsequently sold).
