Although getting to an exchange of contracts took more than 6 months, it would certainly have taken longer without the diligence and persistence of the Walderslade Branch in dealing with the delays incurred by 1. the recommended conveyancer's unchecked automated dictation software and 2. conflicting factors relating to the sale.
