Harry at RMJ was friendly, smiley and polite when showing me around. Sadly the house was not for me.

Alarm at a vacant property they manage was beeping for weeks. I reported it twice and was told it was “not their problem” despite the noise affecting neighbouring properties. Very dismissive attitude and poor management of a basic issue If you are not involved with the property, remove your signboard and contact details from outside the house and stop representing to people that you are selling it

Not so great for renters, I appreciate some of it is down to the landlord but they didn't fix broken doors, never did anything to resolve severe mould, they were friendly but when I needed problems resolved or fixed I was on my own.

This has been, by far, the slowest service I’ve ever experienced. I submitted inquiries through Rightmove over 15 days ago, and I still haven’t received any response. I called on September 9th to get an update and received an email from an agent asking, “Can I just check that you were looking for a property for sale or a property to let?” I responded immediately, one minute after I received the email, but it’s now been days, and I still haven’t heard anything further. The lack of communication is frustrating and disappointing. Update: I updated the rating from one to two stars, as the managing director called me this morning to apologize. Unfortunately, I already submitted an offer through another estate agent, which the sellers accepted, so there's nothing either of us could do. I appreciate that they called me, though.

Disappointed that they didn't get back to me with regards to an initial valuation and a follow up on my enquiry, so went with another Estate Agent (Your Move). They were "on-the--case" immediately but with Zero hassle or pressure. Their loss (Robinson, Michael and Jackson) is Your Move's gain (NO chain on property... think that's an attractive selling point). Sure they can do much better but in this instance/experience...no.

They are a disgrace. They never respond and get back to you despite making false promises that they will. Particularly when you sound non British.
